So this product seems to be hit or miss and carries a kind of curse of no return; The instructions say to flip four toggle switches to the "LOCK" position to unlock them initially, but the toggle switches have numbers 0-9, not letters (thanks, "Made in China"). Glasses are difficult to rotate. They appear to buckle and rotate with little difficulty due to their small size, deep seat in the pelvis, and actual resistance to rotation. Anyway, stupid instructions make it impossible for me to feel good about giving my mom and brother a second purchase, and hard glasses make it impossible for my mom. But Revane doesn't take refunds?! What exactly am I paying Prime for?
