Review on Configear Aluminum Docking Ethernet Compatible by Sean Maile

I got this for my work MacBook Pro (2018 15 inch). I use it on both MacOS Mojave and Windows 10 (with BootCamp) I've been using it for about 9 months now and it's almost perfect. The two problems I have are: 1. The VGA connector isn't very good and it's not possible to use screws on your VGA connector to hold it in place. The picture is a bit noisy no matter what monitor I use it on. Luckily I can use the HDMI port so it doesn't really matter. Home, because you know what), the network port was no longer recognized by the computer (an error that the USB device could not be recognized). Everything else on it still worked, so I assumed it was a partial failure and contacted the seller (UGREAT) for a replacement. They were extremely helpful and after asking a few questions and walking me through some fixes they were ready to send a replacement. At this point, I realized that while I had unplugged this hub from the computer several times during testing, I had never unplugged the computer's power from the hub (oops). After I did that and the hub was able to turn on and off again, it was 100% working again, so I decided against a replacement. Other than those issues, it was great. It looks very well made, ensures the laptop is fully powered via USB-C power delivery, and doesn't have any issues with the cable or its USB-C port, as some might fear with budget USB devices . In addition, the seller's support was very helpful and I will definitely buy from them again.
