I just finished setting up the router so can't comment on its wireless capabilities yet (hence the 4 rating). However, I can say that I had trouble setting up my router, but the 24/7 tech support was surprisingly helpful. My experience with tech support is that at the end I tell them what to do. Even though this guy just finished the script, he must have been good. He eventually diagnosed that my router needed the same MAC address as my Mac. So while I can't comment on the quality of the device, I can say that the tech support is solid.
