Microfiber towels should not be washed with fabric softener or tumble dried. research how to take care of them. I did everything wrong, now I notice the difference. I soak them in vinegar and rinse aid when sanitizing is needed, wash them in cold water with no fabric softener, and hang to dry. I will receive the 2nd package next month
