Review on 💡 Sylvania 9005 SilverStar Ultra Halogen Headlight Bulbs - High Performance Automotive Lighting (Pack of 2) by Luis Neels

I installed these lights on my Acura NSX to replace a set of stock bulbs and what a difference ! It used to be that the headlights (both near and far) were kind of dull and yellow. Another NSX owner who saw the bulbs advised me to switch to Sylvania SilverStars for safety reasons: the more light, the better the driver sees... and the better you can see at night, the better you can avoid accidents. For example, if you can see farther, you'll get more warnings when you need to stop abruptly. So I ordered SilverStar 9005 (high beam) and 9006 (low beam) bulbs. The total amount of the order was $63 including taxes. Installation only took about half an hour; The NSX has retractable headlights and you have to bend down a bit to get the job done. Result: My friend was right, SilverStars made an instant difference when driving at night. I didn't know how dark the old headlights were. If your headlights are dull and yellowish, replace them with Sylvania SilverStars immediately. This is a safety issue - the better you can see at night, the safer you are. ADVICE. These are halogen bulbs and touching the glass is very bad as the oil left from fingerprints will damage the glass when the bulb gets hot. I wear a gardening glove when touching the bulb during installation, my left hand when working on the right side of the car and vice versa. This keeps the pears clean.
