It’s very easy to use! I like how it has an automatic report function where you can see your performance compared against other properties in our chain or even just by location if need be as well. Not enough reports are available that let me customize my own viewable data (I would love more flexibility here). Notifications were not always sent out correctly - they may have improved this since we first started using them but there was some lag time between when something happened then actually being notified about it via email/text message etc. Great system overall though so far everything is working really great!! Have no complaints whatsoever! Definitely recommend over any competitor systems. The biggest benefit from having front office software installed into each property's phone line rather than through WiFi access points throughout all buildings is ease-of management without needing physical visits back & forth across various.
