I've been buying Revain for a few years now and this is the first time I've reviewed a product before being asked about the purchase. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Despite the negative reviews, which were admittedly disheartening, I made my decision nonetheless. I've been using AT&T and RCA 4-line phones for about 15 years and have never been completely satisfied, but there was plenty to choose from. The capabilities of this phone are second to none. For the money it seemed too good to be true at first. I have a small business office with 4 employees and none of them are more than 200 feet apart. A lot of the feedback was about system failures [not communicating with each other] due to the distance between the phones. I haven't had this problem. The system is a real winner for me! And how can you beat him with music on hold? The sound quality is VERY, VERY good. Setup is fairly easy, but once complete, any changes will affect other lines. Install batteries as a backup power source and you won't lose your settings. Some of the reviewers complained about this, but it's probably because they didn't install the batteries. Invest in 4 AA batteries for the main console and you won't have this problem. I'm still learning all the features over time but haven't had any issues so far and overall I'm still very impressed. The assembly of the product does not feel cheap, it is very well designed and the instructions are easy to understand. I also bought a wireless headset. It's very attractive and very light. You can't even tell you wore it for hours. The sound quality is also very good. It's not tinny, call quality is clear, and unlike other headsets on the market, there's no lag. All devices, both handset and headset, are duplex. The interlocutor does not have to finish speaking. I could go on, but I can't think of any faults or flaws with this system. A little over $200. You get a base station, an optional desktop and a cordless phone. For most 4-line phones, you need to pay $150-$200 for just a desktop. Do I have to say more! You will not be disappointed. Finally, since I've done my research, read the bad reviews and see if these situations fit yours. If not, then don't hesitate. Obtain! IMHO This is the best 4 line business SYSTEM on the market!
