The product bonds together as easily as a carpet. It shows the manufacture of boxes from it, which is not very easy. My only issue with it is the very strong chemical smell, even after thoroughly cleaning the foam parts. The product works great, nice and soft. I got this because my 4 month old is Rolly Polly and Scooter so I wanted something soft and fluffy for her fast rollers to protect her head and I ended up making a little handle. The product lost one star due to the horrible chemical smell and another star because it is very easy to puncture and damage, so not very durable.
