I started opening the package and almost cut off one of the straps. The shoes just lay open in the bag. Why not wrap them in paper to keep the straps from falling off and then put them in a mailer? I can still wear them, thank goodness it was a heel strap and I have slim heels. I still love these shoes and have worn several pairs over the years.
