The scarlet matches what is shown perfectly. The only downside to this, of course, is the need to expose the entire controller. I took a risk with the new Elite (there was a guarantee ;) and it was worth it. They have YouTube videos showing exactly how to disassemble the controller. The hardest part is unscrewing the chopsticks since Microsoft now uses glue (recommend turning the hair dryer on and off at maximum heat for about 5 seconds). There is a common issue with lb/rb buttons getting stuck, but they also have a youtube video/workaround for this issue and mine works great. Worth buying if you can follow the instructions!
