I hope my problem is an isolated case.
I was very pleased when I received my bag. I am happy with the size, color and all the amenities. Unfortunately, after 30 days in the bag, I'm noticing signs of wear and tear. A screw is missing and I don't know how to fix it. I don't usually spend that kind of money on a bag, so I'm very disappointed that I took that risk. I hope my problem is an isolated case. The return period has just expired.
