Overall, it's a decent product. I only have a few minor complaints about it, but the average person wouldn't likely think about it, nor would they likely have the same issue my 6 year old did. My son tried to shut the door with a bag of candy in it. The thing was pretty full and though it locked, it didn't actually hit the button to tell the control it was locked. That made it very hard to open. I had to carefully fish a piece of wire up to push the button in order to trick it to type in the code. It would be nice to have a master code, or a force open button if you take off the bottom plate. I can only imagine most people would end up breaking it to open it and that would ruin a perfectly good money safe.
