Garbage, inaccurate readings and difficulties in using
I should have guessed as there were a few misspelled words on the packaging, but this is a very poor quality product. I used it for a Thanksgiving turkey in the fryer and the inaccurate readings ruined the whole process. I do not recommend

- Built-in magnet, large backlit LCD display is easy to read in the dark or smoke. A kitchen thermometer can be kept on the fridge or taped to the metal surface of the stove. It's also worth putting it on the counter. Powered by AAA battery, batteries included.
