As advertised however overall diameter is slightly larger
I've bought probably 4 boxes of 22/4's in the last x years and it's been a lot cheaper but seems a little lower quality. The overall diameter is larger than others I've purchased. So if there are any concerns I would look around. I don't know how well it will hold up outside because mine is under my house and not in inclement weather. I just bought it and drove about 100 feet and everything is fine.
