Review on 💻 Logitech Wireless Combo MK270 - 4 Pack: Unbeatable Value for Ultimate Wireless Efficiency by John Ramsey

I really liked this keyboard. If space, key 7, ; and other buttons no longer work and are still under warranty, Logitech hired me to speak to several technicians and they all ask me to do the same tasks again. I spoke to more than 3 technicians and they didn't read what I did with other techniques. It took over 10 days to get a warranty replacement approved (believes it has a 3 year limited hardware warranty) and it doesn't seem to happen again. They no longer answer my emails. I've bought many Logitech products over the years thinking they were a good company, but failing to honor their warranty has made me reconsider their products and customer service. Now I will send most of my friends and colleagues to other places.
