The USB dongle is hidden in the battery compartment, hard to see and I thought it was missing. Luckily the Revain customer service rep knew where the key was and when I looked a second time I noticed it. I have a Logitech K120 keyboard. I think it's really great for the price. Sufficiently tight keys and a pleasant layout.
