Not sure about the 'warm' rating - when used it is at room temperature. Ideal for moistening any rough, chafed skin and makes nails stronger and more beautiful. A pleasant, light fragrance that does not overwhelm sensitive noses like most perfumes and other scented products. Gave some of it to friends - they were amazed at the soft skin they suddenly had.
