I like that it is very easy to use for employees as well as employers! It's also able of being customized according to your needs (easy integration with payroll system).
The only thing i dislike about this program was there wasn't an option available in our computerized pay process where you can choose which employee will be paid if they are out sick or not at all during their shift/day off period - so we had to manually check each one of them individually by hand before entering into Payroll System.
