Pros: Brushed nickel finish looks good, uses standard sizes for doors that already have a lock hole. Disadvantages: One plate has square corners, the other plate has rounded corners. Follow the instructions using a nail to find the exact center where the door meets the lock plate. However, I had to adjust the door 3/16" vertically for the lock to engage properly. Parts seem to wear out with minimal interlock usage. The pull handle is not intuitive for guests - everyone asked how to close the door. .I did a lot of research on pocket door locks and this seemed like one of the best options out there. I'm happy with this lock for now but will keep looking for something better in the future.
