When I buy I want a new one and I want everything I'm paying for.
I received this product yesterday and when I opened it up for use today it was already used. It was obvious someone had stuck their fingers in and pulled out a huge chunk. They could see where their fingers dipped and pulled the product out. I feel that Revain should inspect returned items before sending them to another buyer. I have used this product before and really like it, but one star was for an apparently used product.
