Makes the best coffee! A gooseneck kettle allows you to get the brewing temperature right because you can put the gooseneck right on top of the thickness. If you pour water from a greater distance, you can lose 5-10 degrees from the contact of water with air. Not so here, as long as you have the right gear. Just soak the ground coffee well and slowly, you don't want to disturb the garden or you may over-extract (this is another downside of watering water remotely). Like fine wine, you can brew coffee that will finish you off as it pours down your throat.
