FEAR! Yes, I was afraid of it. success however. it worked! I have a 2011 Civic coupe. Barely enough ground clearance - I was able to do it without ramps (since I didn't have to spend extra dollars). It took me a little more patience to get the bilge body out and then put the new one back in place. Patience and perseverance worked. When replacing the body, I replaced new LED bulbs (Amaz. SEALIGHT 9005/HB3 High Beam 9006/HB4 Low Beam LED Headlight Bulbs Combo Pack CSP chips 14000LM 6000K Cool White / about $58 for all 4 after coupon). In a few different steps, I turned on the test lights (a reminder to me and everyone like me, don't wait until you've closed everything to realize something isn't working). I hope these cases last, stay clean, 8+ years **Disclaimer** I'm NOT a mechanic and I'm not the brightest bulb in the box. YOU can do it :-) One last thing. I didn't have a long extension, but my two shorter ones together barely made it to the bottom screw next to the radiator. Watch and study 2 or 3 YouTube videos! THE RESULT SEEMS GREAT SO FAR
