It has helped us manage our large amount of email communication very well by assigning certain tasks like creating reports or sending out reminders etc which helps me save my time as I can use it from anywhere anytime without being attached physically at office. Nothing much but overall its good so far! Not many features are available online compared to other similar services however we have realized some useful ones while using them via demo account provided only during trial period before purchase. We had used this tool mainly because they provide all major tools under one roof (email marketing automation) unlike others who offer just emails/newsletters management & reporting feature alone - hence saving multiple steps if you're managing several clients / campaigns separately through different providers.
