Wow I'm shocked it has so many positive reviews! Now, if you look at photos of people, most of these TVs aren't hanging straight. Or, like me, they could be hung straight, but the single arm connecting the bracket to the double arm is VERY weak and sags! My TV meets the specifications that this mount can withstand, so I have made every effort to ensure this product can be used successfully. I want to return it for this reason, but now I have huge holes in my wall and I just don't know if it's worth making more holes to replace it. I'm also wondering if the same would happen with a smaller (sagging) TV, but I haven't seen any of the reviewers mention this, so I may have a faulty TV. I do not know. I've spent hours and hours trying to get it right. I had to bring in two more men to help with this.
