The microphones don't work.

I was looking for a replacement headset. The product looks like Samsung and the sound quality is pretty decent. However, when making a call, I was very disappointed to find that the microphone was not working. This problem seems to have happened with both headphones I received. I regret not looking at the reviews before purchasing as it was a waste of time.
