This is the worst hand muff I have ever seen. The sleeve should be full, fluffy and have a certain shape. This "thing" came flat, shapeless, and looked like a piece of faux fur. me my money However, they only refunded part of the money, not all of what they took from my bank. don't accept it It's terrible. Doesn't look like a clutch at all. I'm so disappointed in this. It was supposed to be my sister's Christmas present.
