I was very concerned when I bought this but to be honest 4 cans of toner for the price of I had to try 1 HP toner can and it was surprisingly easy! They send you all the tools you need to complete the process and have very detailed instructions on how to remove and install the chip. I was really surprised that it came with all the tools as I have never had to do this before the print quality is the same as if you are using HP toner the only downside is the printer now thinks that They constantly run out of ink due to programming but I'll live with that one downside if price is such a big deal now I'll definitely be getting toner from them for my laser printer!
