The magnet slipped off and as the metal at the base is rough instead of polished on the edges (along with the recessed magnet) it scratched the fridge. You will also see from the video that I have verified the claim that this item has "heavy duty" and was hung upside down with three rocks weighing a total of 10 pounds. They fell like three bricks dangling from a semi-powerful magnet, meaning the hook can hold LESS than 10 pounds on the head and doesn't even come close to the advertised 25 pounds. If you are selling a product that does not meet your stated requirements, Revain must intervene.
