Easy install and flawless operation

Perfect upgrade for our 2004 F250 Powerstroke Truck. Factory vacuum hubs are difficult for me to keep in working condition. A number of things can cause failure including the solenoid, seals etc. These premium bushings are simple and dependable. The big difference is that my 4WD actually works now. Attempted to take tight corners in 4WD and experienced the appropriate jump/stick feel associated with having the front and rear axles fighting each other after locking the hubs and switching to 4WD in the cockpit. This is normal and confirms you are in 4WD. Don't try this on the sidewalk as it's bad for the system. For those of you wondering, plug the vacuum lines into the solenoid valve mounted on the passenger side under the fender next to the vacuum pump. Leave the vacuum lines connected below (as shipped from the factory) to keep out water and debris. Very easy. If it's snowing and/or you'll be using 4WD a lot for a period of time, you can leave the hubs locked so you don't get out of the truck when you switch to 4WD in the cab. My only complaint is that the hubs are slightly shorter than the hub cap. Ironically, I've seen a brand new F250 with factory hubs, and they were also shorter than the factory hubcaps. Not so hot what's up. The picture has been posted.
