Installed the ReadyLift kit on a 2021 4runner (2WD) Predator series. It started at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 5:45 p.m. I didn't have a lift. I used 2 jacks, 1 bottle jack, 1 jack (which comes with the 4runner), 7 wooden blocks (3" tall) and a motorcycle jack (a roller jack will do) to hold the rear axle. I need a torque wrench (dan) up to 125 ft.lbs. The heads used were 14mm, 17mm, 19mm and 22mm. Due to the limited space, need a 14mm wrench (front upper brace) and a 17mm wrench (rear stabilizer bar). Also, you need a small bottle of Loctite (blue) in two places *Skills: I don't normally work on vehicles other than oil changes and a bit of maintenance. It was a bit out of my element but doable. I was a bit naïve about the back end easiest (unless you have a hoist). Front was the easiest. You can do one side at a time. Go to one of the sources. After installing the springs, used a jack to press the axle into position. Since I have a 2WD I didn't have to install all the diff spacers. The instructions call for a front shim, this shim is not included and does not appear to be required. * For the rear rack (when detached from the axle) it will resist a bit. Align the height of the axle with the corner of the rack connector as closely as possible, then use a rubber mallet to remove it. It's a little tricky, but after changing the spring you get it back. You will use a jack to compress the axle to align it with the bottom brace. Very happy with this kit. I didn't have the missing hardware and the instructions for installing it were pretty straightforward. After that, make sure that the adjustment is done by a certified technician. I highly recommend this set.
