We have used the presets for fryer, toast, reheat, bake, pizza. There is a learning curve But its easy to use. I hand washed all the pieces before use & wiped the inside, ran it with sliced lemons. Ours is fine so far! Looks super cute in my kitchen. I made can biscuits this morning, on bake @350, they were golden brown & cooked Perfectly in about 8 minutes! Yay.😁👌 no hot kitchen!Happy family! I have been using parchment paper, pull it out & serve on the parchment Easy-to-use. Knock on wood, this toaster, fry unit from crownful Stays like it is now. Definitely recommend. Ill update after 8 months to a year. For under $100, this is a Useful, efficient & fun way to cook! Cant wait to use it more. :).
