STOPPED WORKING 10/7. Some pros (cost, accessories) and cons (drip tray placement)

So, being the first to review this I'll try to be honest and unbiased. I was disappointed it took 9 days from day ordered to show up even though it's listed as prime. It was also shipped in the actual packaging (I've attached photos of damage to the box) I've had 1 other air fryer so I'm not a complete noob at this. Another update! It's at $99 right now March 8th 2022. I paid $150 for mine on sale and I would do it again. $99 is steal.UPDATE REVIEW: Still going strong over a year later. Definitely wish I cleaned it more. I've learned some cool things to make in here. And if it's nothing massive then you don't even need an oven anymore. Mixed Feelings: my feedback

The unit works well when you figure out how to work the control panel. User manual is basic. Air frying is quick, watch your food until you know how fast it takes or you end up with dried out product. Could not figure out how to turn completely off. You have to hold the Start/Stop button in for a few seconds. The manual says to unplug after each use, but cstm srvc said it's ok to leave in the OFF mode. NEED BETTER INSTRUCTION MANUALS

UPDATE: Contacted Crownful customer service, efficient and quick response and resolution. The manual issue still needs work. The recipe book included must belong to a different model. I had an issue with some parts that "burned" customer service offered to replace those parts. The turnaround time for their response was quick. No fuss. Multi-function, replaced several small appliances

I bought this for a few reasons. I needed a larger air-fryer and wanted to replace other small appliances with one unit if possible. This has a lot of functions, and I haven't used them all. I have air-fried, toasted, keep warm, reheated, baked, bagel. It replaced a toaster oven, round air-fryer, toaster, and microwave (microwaves aren't good for you, needed the counter space anyway).The 'toast' function does crisp the edges (not burnt, just crunchy) but it replaced a toaster-on-the-counter. We have used the presets for fryer, toast, reheat, bake, pizza. There is a learning curve But its easy to use. I hand washed all the pieces before use & wiped the inside, ran it with sliced lemons. Works great, BUT… - my new review

The machine works as advertised. Really speeds up cooking and on a HOT day you’re not filling the house with oven heat. However the picture is deceiving. You can’t spin a full size chicken in it🤨 They must be showing a hen or the smallest chicken you’ve ever seen. Besides you can’t beat the price of one of those store bought rotisserie chicken’s.

I can not figure out how to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Manual does not provide any information for this.Edit. I was contacted by the manufacturer and was given instructions on how to change the Celsius.I am pleased with the product now.

Nice air fryer good for me

So far so good, we've used it several times over the last week. It heats fast, cooks evenly, the air fryer basket is adequate size. The thing I don't like is there is no way to cover the heating elements for drips. It has a crumb tray that goes under the elements on the bottom but drips get all over that heating rod. I'm worried about using the rotisserie with a whole chicken. Will update on the rotisserie function when I do use it.

They failed to mention that there was a paper recipe booklet between the top heating rods and the fan. I learned about it while trying to rotisserie a Rock Cornish. Big mess of ashes.Other than that I am very pleased with it.

Great Customer Sevice

it'll take some time & patience getting the dial tuned in-not a problem. my issue is there are absolutely NO instructions for the rotisserie. i thought my chicken (not quite 3 lbs) would work but it was too big. also it must be thoroughly trussed (tied up) there werent any instructions in the manual or the recipe booklet.
