The ability to manage all of our accounts from one place, it helps us keep track with everything we need in order for each account manager/account owner is kept up-to date at once time rather than having multiple emails going out which can be overwhelming! I dislike that there isn't more options available when creating an invoice or sending invoices as well like being able create different types such as standard vs express shipping etc..
It's helpful because if you are managing several people who have their own tasks they don’t always know what needs attention first so this makes things run smoother since everyone has access through timg but also keeps them organized too!!
