The drivers for this printer are extremely difficult to install and the errors that come up when printing are vague than a Picasso piece. The worst part was with the ribbon, which...let's be honest. No printer made after 2000 should use more ribbon ink. All I can say for sure is that the photo editing software for the ID card printer works as expected and the print quality is good. However, I strongly recommend buying printers with better support. In order to actually "calibrate" the ribbon sensor, an extremely obscure debug command line had to be found with horribly obscure command syntax. Literally the worst and least user friendly printer software I have ever seen. At least it's been working fine ever since and I didn't have to touch it.
