The original purchase I bought was clearly used. They had scratches and sticker residue. However, I asked for a replacement and was able to get it directly through Koala Tools. The exchange took quite a long time, but I had no problems with it. I wonder why someone would return such a product after such obvious use and why the returned product was not tested prior to resale. I'm only giving the product 3 stars because of the rush and not the actual NEW product. I use it on a lightbox under paper so I don't have a problem with it getting scratched or damaged.
