Probably the lowest quality kit I've seen. What can I say, everything works. However, it is fragile so you must be very careful not to pull on the wires or they will break out of the box. The 12v switch works perfectly, and you can even connect your own 12v cable if you don't want to use the extra connector for these lights. You can wire them up to turn on automatically when your car is running or when your headlights are on if you don't mind digging a little into your car's wiring. If you have a good car, don't buy it. This is really low quality and you will be disappointed. If you have an older car and just want to add headlights to your car on a budget these are great. I installed them under the dash and under the front seats and they light up well. The remote works but is cheap and the less you touch the better. I give it an average rating because it works well for me and nothing is broken, but I can see how easily it can be damaged during installation as the cables from the box have no strain relief and can be pulled out easily. I added a zip tie connecting the LED wires to the infrared cable and it all seems to be holding up pretty well. The adhesive is fine, but you may need to use zip ties to install them in some places.
