I love that it can hold an infinite amount of information for our agents to reference while they're in a queue or waiting for a supervisor. It's also great if you have multiple supervisors who are all working at different times throughout the day so having access from home when there isn't anyone else around would be nice! There aren't many things at this point but we do like how easy it makes booking meetings with clients, scheduling appointments, etc.. We've been able to streamline some processes by using the app as well. It has all the required functionalities for our business needs. The reporting functionality isn't as good but that's something we can work around easily enough. I don't have any dislikes about the product so far. As an organization running multiple brands in different countries, it was very helpful getting data from one location into another without having to go through manual effort. They also provide additional features like CRM integration which wasn't available elsewhere.
