Great tool - Helps organize and automate workflows

I love that it can hold an infinite amount of information for our agents to reference while they're in a queue or waiting for a supervisor. It's also great if you have multiple supervisors who are all working at different times throughout the day so having access from home when there isn't anyone else around would be nice! There aren't many things at this point but we do like how easy it makes booking meetings with clients, scheduling appointments, etc.. We've been able to streamline some…
