These pants are awesome. I packed them to wear for a trip. The ripstop material is light enough for summer weather. Best of all, they do not wrinkle much on a trip. After driving, flight, and a day of excursions, the pants still look decent at the end of the day for dinner. Just change into a fresh shirt, and you're good to go.I tried the cargo pant version of these pants, but found all the fabric and stitching and closures of the pockets everywhere made the cargo pants heavy, even when the pockets were empty. I returned the cargo pants and kept this pair. These pants are lighter and sleeker. They look more "normal" for everyday wear.Will definitely look into buying some of the other colors.
