They help restore muscle as advertised but the taste and price ruin the overall product. They taste awful even after blending with Crystal Light, the flavor is secondary and it's just not worth a $50 product when many BCAAs are cheaper for better flavor. However, if you don't care about taste or price, they worked for me and I had almost no muscle pain after taking them.
