Loose connection between 4-pin plug and 4-pin socket
The wires feel sturdy with a rubber coating that can withstand heavy finger pressure. But what use is the housing and its design if the 4-pin plug slides directly out of the 4-pin socket. It could be used with tape but the pins have so much play that the connection is unstable. Ultimately, this is a non-functional product.
