I can't put weight on my legs and found this a great solution. I haven't used the adjustable feature yet, but I like it. I also love carved flowers, beautiful but also allows the computer to ventilate and not overheat, a big plus! Part of my problem with desktops was that the computer was overheating. The drawer on the side is completely useless to me, too small to hold anything, my phone doesn't fit, and the handles don't fit. But great for small decorations when it works for everyone? There's a detachable pole that prevents the computer (or book) from falling on you when you've tilted your desk on your lap. I love that I can take it off if it's in the way of me typing because sometimes that's the way I type. The edges of the table are a bit rough in small spots and there is a spot where two boards were attached to extend the table on my lap and mine isn't flush. edge where my wrists are. It's annoying, but cover it with something like a blanket when you're typing and you're good to go. Or if I wear a sweater, it prevents it from chafing against my skin. Nice and wide for me. Can't sit cross-legged or it won't fit over you, but otherwise it fits perfectly with a few inches on each side. I highly recommend it!
