After 3 replacements I'm buying YETI

Tldr: If you're okay with leaching rust into your good cold drink, do it. **fourth update** I did a little research and the problem was due to improper welding. Something like too high a temperature and a weakening of the corrosion resistance of steel. This is indicated by chrome/blue/purple rings at the weld. I told this to Buzio support after contacting them again and asking for another replacement. They told me it could be my contaminants in my soil water and would clean it with diluted white vinegar. I said I'd give it a try, knowing it wouldn't do much because the water didn't have that effect on my RTIC gallon. I tried it and as I predicted the results were negligible. I am attaching pictures. I contacted support and sent them pictures saying I cleaned as instructed and the problem persists. They didn't answer. My first impression of their customer service was great. Not so much now. Unfortunately I don't have time for Revane's return. So unless they send me one that works, I basically paid $60 for 4 stainless steel mugs and a gallon pitcher with a carrying case. I just bought a gallon of YETI to get this over with and I think I could use at least a case for that. New picture attached. I think the incident isn't all that rare. I will contact support again but not sure how much I want to keep contacting them. **second update** after contacting [support@buziolife. com] and after reporting my concerns about the photo I spoke to Wendy and she assured me my issue was an isolated case and sent me a new one straight away. The replacement comes with a sleek neoprene sleeve with nylon/polyester handles and a rubber padded shoulder strap. It also came with two stainless steel cups so I now have a set of 4 and I think an extra lid in case the new one should fail. I've yet to see how the handles hold up to a full gallon, but they seem more comfortable to use; As such, I wouldn't recommend using it as a main hold or quickly hitting it with a full jug. The case cushions the inevitable knocks I'll take to the pitcher and protects the surfaces I'm going to (now quietly) smack the base on. ** 6 month update **. Some discoloration/rust is beginning to show on the inside seam. It looks like there is a tear in the seam through which moisture is getting in. I won't be using it for now until I get a replacement. photo attached. I wasn't too rough with it so the stitching fell apart with normal use. I'm rougher with my RTIC gallon which is a bit dented but I haven't had the same problem. Jug. No matter how tight I tighten it, it will leak. I changed it with no problem and the new one doesn't leak if I overtighten it. This can be difficult to perform and stretch for those lacking maximum strength. It has a very wide opening that is easy to clean. The jug threads are on the outside, which is a better design choice than the RTIC gallon jug, resulting in water retention in the threads and a terrible musty smell. The silicone seal is also better than the rubber RTIC which failed after a few months. The handle is comfortable and durable. The ratcheting feature, which locks the handle in place, wore out after a few uses which I didn't use anyway. The lid seems to be closer in quality to the YETI lid than the RTIC. When the lid is fully open, it stays in place and doesn't fold back when flipped over. It's attached to the lid so you don't have to worry about losing it, just like the separate YETI magnetic lid. The thread for the lid is opposite the lid, so the thread is on the inside and the lid screws in. Cold water stays cold enough for as long as I need it. The mugs are a cool added bonus. double what I paid for my RTIC. Well, the comparison is worthwhile. And also at about half the price of a gallon YETI, I think it's a steal. I originally wanted to switch to YETI but gave it a try instead and I'm glad I did.
