Great material for wrapping raised beds to keep snails and snails away! I ordered a roll and attached it to the vertical sides of my new beds about three inches from the top, creating a continuous line around the entire box, hoping the snails and snails didn't eat up all my veggies before I had a chance . Slugs and slugs are a HUGE problem near the coast where I live. The tape is very thin but surprisingly easy to work with - the backing paper peels off easily and it took me about 10 minutes to make both 4 x 8 plant boxes (not enough to do the entire perimeter so I went back to make another one roll to order ) The best news? NO MUD OR SLICKS HAVE EATEN MY TENDER SALADS OR OTHER VEGETABLES IN THE BOX! She also decorates the boxes with beautiful copper edges. I would highly recommend this tape for this application - no poison - just science.
