I bought this to vacuum my car's air conditioning while upgrading my R12 system at home. Worked very well for the price. I did a lot of comparison shopping before deciding to order this one. This was the best price I could find on Amazon for a two stage pump. I'm sure a single stage pump would probably do the trick, but for a few bucks I took a chance on this guy. I was a little apprehensive when it arrived as the packaging looked like a cheap import from China. (I think) After taking it out of the box and taking a closer look, it actually looked pretty solid. I don't use conditioner much, so for occasional use it's fine.
