I've only had it a few days so I'll update in a while. The bottom tray does NOT pull out so I think you need to take it to the sink and drain the water and I didn't want to empty the tray. When oculated, it sounds like a mouse squeak inside. Cools for a while if it contains an ice pack, water and a few ice cubes. The instructions aren't the best. I posted a question that I thought Trust Tech would answer because they answer some questions but not all and when they sell a product they have to answer all the questions that buyers haven't answered. Not sure why they raised the price from $141 to $179. The squeak of the mouse is louder than the fan. When I press the power button, it doesn't turn off from the remote or the tower, so I had to turn it off.
