Used on my 2001 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder (F23A4) engine with 200,000 miles. I did a timing chain and with that kind of mileage I know the seals were welded so I bought them in advance, the original doesn't leak. Of course, the original gaskets were rock hard and stuck to the valve cover. They burned up in no time with a heat gun or touch. Advantages. Cheap, especially compared to local theft. The valve gasket fits perfectly (make sure you put some sealant in the corners where the gasket sticks out over the ridges on either end of the head. Spark plug gaskets fit well too. Bolt gaskets were a different story. Removal. Of course you can just cut them the old ones off but putting the new ones in is a different story.I lubricated them and used a vise/hammer.I gradually applied more and more force until finally it snapped and ripped them apart. The rest I didn't have replaced.. I can try a heat gun to soften the rubber or sand down the bell.
