In the last year or two I've bought at least five of these devices and several additional cameras to go with them. overseeing various business centers and so I think it is time to sit down and give credit to what is needed. I bought our first ONWOTE security system back when it was around $500 (now the price has come down significantly) and we immediately got exceptional performance from it. As we needed more coverage, we added additional cameras - both standard and audio - to enjoy the simplicity and reliability of POE (Power Over Ethernet) as we sometimes run Ethernet cables up to 300 feet or more in multiple directions had to relocate. Five systems and 40 cameras later, I just can't believe how good these surveillance systems are. When we ran into a few issues here and there, I contacted ONWOTE's tech support staff via email and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they respond within hours, but they were exceptionally helpful and efficient. In one case, they even sent me some new cameras to test - for free. Great service! So if you are in doubt and doubting whether these systems are reliable, I can confirm that they are reliable. We used to go for super cheap systems, of which there are many (not all are bad, but none of them are ONWOTE quality) but once we started using ONWOTE we never went back to anything else and I don't know I don't think we ever will. The picture quality, ease of installation, reliability of their systems, and exceptional customer service - when we need it - are simply top notch. Very, very recommendable!
