Bamboo is not sturdy for everyday use

I bought several of these for classroom use. They are tedious to assemble and the provided tools are ineffective. Once assembled these are NOT solid enough for everyday use. There isn't enough edge for paperbacks to stay in place. They do look nice if you're wanting a decorative way to display a book collection.
