The customer service is awesome! They are always willing & ready with new ideas for our hotels in order to maximize revenues/profits from each property we manage as an independent owner operator (IOO). I have not found anything that they don't do well at this point - their systems work flawlessly across all properties managed by us both locally or remotely around North America. It's hard sometimes when there isn’t much going right but it doesn't happen often so you can just roll up your sleeves whenever things get tough :) If nothing else then use them simply because what other choice would be better?
